Terms of Reference
The Pilotage Advisory Committee ("PAC') is a statutory committee established under section 4(1) of the Pilotage Ordinance (Cap 84). Pursuant to section 5(1) of the Pilotage Ordinance (Cap.84), PAC shall advise the Director of Marine qua Pilotage Authority on any matter referring to: (a) the exercise of his powers, or the performance of his duties, under the Pilotage Ordinance (Cap.84); or (b) the general regulation or control of pilotage in Hong Kong.
