G. Location Filming in Marine Department Premises

For location filming within Marine Department managed premises, provisions under the Accommodation Regulation 636 applies wherein for the use of government property for commercial purpose a current rate for the first 4 hours $7,000
for each subsequent 4-hour block $1,770
If extra government personnel or equipment is required to take part in the production, the actual cost plus overheads shall be levied in accordance with Accommodation Regulation 637. Another 100% of the total charge is required as deposit, which is refundable upon the request of the applicant. Wage and rent for time overrun as well as compensation for damages are to be charged against applicant's deposit.
