Change of Information

Changes Must Be Notified to the Registrar

For any changes to the particulars of the ship, say the Representative Person, the registered owner or the demise charterer, i.e. name, address and all the items which would be displayed on the Certificate of Registry (COR), must be notified in writing to the Registrar. The Registrar will advise on the evidence to be produced for updating the register and for issuing a new COR when all evidence provided are checked in order.
