| Temporary closure of Queen's Pier | ||

| The Queen's Pier at Central will be closed
to marine traffic between 4.30 pm and 5.30 pm next Monday (January
17) to facilitate the ceremonial opening of the 2000 Legal Year
which will take place at Edinburgh Place, a Marine Department
spokesman said today (Saturday).
"Vessels intending to use the Queen's Pier during that period are advised to use alternative landing facilities at Sheung Wan, Wan Chai and Tsim Sha Tsui," he said. Saturday, 15 January 2000 |
