E. Pilotage Dues

Standard
A minimum of $4,100 plus-

(a) for ships having a gross registered tonnage of less than 30,000 tons, $0.065 per ton of the ship's gross registered tonnage;

(b) for ships having a gross registered tonnage of or above 30,000 tons but not exceeding 60,000 tons, $0.0625 per ton of the ship's gross registered tonnage or $1,950, whichever is the greater;

(c) for ships having a gross registered tonnage exceeding 60,000 tons but not exceeding 120,000 tons, $0.06 per ton of the ship's gross registered tonnage or $3,750, whichever is the greater; or

(d) for ships having a gross registered tonnage exceeding 120,000 tons, $7,200.

Service performed in the movement of oil rigs $1,400 per hour or part thereof (after the first hour)
Service performed in the movement of dead ships 100% overall of the standard pilotage dues

G. Location Filming in Marine Department Premises

For location filming within Marine Department managed premises, provisions under the Accommodation Regulation 636 applies wherein for the use of government property for commercial purpose a current rate for the first 4 hours $4,930

If extra government personnel or equipment is required to take part in the production, the actual cost plus overheads shall be levied in accordance with Accommodation Regulation 637. Another 100% of the total charge is required as deposit, which is refundable upon the request of the applicant. Wage and rent for time overrun as well as compensation for damages are to be charged against applicant's deposit.
